Hi, my name is Lori Thorson. I own and operate Heavenly Creations and love it.
I have been a professional photographer for over 20 years. Its been a part of
my life since I received my first camera as a Christmas present when I was a
child. I apprenticed with a master of photography in the early 1980's and have
continued my education through classes ans seminars. For eleven years I owned
and operated a portrait studio in North Central Iowa, and relocated to the Sioux
Falls, South Dakota area in 2000. I could not resist the urge to create images
again, so I opened Heavenly Creations in 2002 in Sioux Falls and moved to my
current studio in 2003. Through all my official education I have had, nothing
holds a candle to what I have experienced with my customers...my friends.

Heavenly Creations uses all Kodak products which allows us to guarantee our
portraits for a lifetime. The use of portrait film is an important factor in
a quality portrait. It enhances the depth and color of the images. All
portraits are shot in color which allows the choice of black and white, sepia
(brown) tones, and color enhanced portraits. Digital enhancements also allows
many unique and innovative possibilities. After your personalized portrait
session, you will view your images in an artist image preview album. You (the
customer) may select your finished quality portraits as Heavenly Creations
believes everyone deserves the image they want. Heavenly Creations prides
